I provide bespoke layout design and floor plan optimisation for homeowners undertaking extensions, structural reconfigurations, and full internal renovations. Each design focuses on improving circulation, zoning, storage integration, and long-term functionality before construction begins.

This service is suitable for open-plan kitchen-living areas, single-floor reconfigurations, or whole-property layout design.
